Well, today was an interesting day. It was my first official day answering my new clients phone which didn’t start until 3 o’clock, but it did start. Woo Hoo… I can get nothing but smarter from here.
We bought this little video chair for me to sit on in the living room because I can’t seem to get permission from my Kyra boss to sit on the regular couch. She insists that I sit on the floor. Well any ways we got this chair. She has found a great use for it. She gets her dad to swing her back and forth while laying on this chair. Doesn’t that look fun…I am to big for it. We tried. Sucks to be adult sometimes.
Kyra now kisses everything, so here in the spirit of the New Year is a picture of her getting kissed. I probably isn’t her first kiss of the year though, she racks up kisses pretty fast. She got a basketball hoop for Christmas and likes playing basketball with her babies, but we have her kiss them before she drops them does a slam dunk with them. It is pretty funny.
I did the stay up until midnight last night to welcome in the New Year (Adam and Kyra were out cold), only I reset my counters almost right at midnight on both my websites instead of watching a ball drop.
I also got paid my first “real” money from advertising on this page. The ad paid me $4.00 and at the mark of midnight. I got a Paypal payment for $4.00. Which is 1/2 of my goal for every month. Thus meaning my website now officially has started paying for itself. Which is great…
I have one more day off from my bus. I guess I will go start it up tomorrow and let it run a bit. This week is going to be busy from here out too, with my new job and my family coming this weekend. On Saturday, I have to go designated drive while my family is here. I can’t leave them hanging as I said I would do it awhile ago. I changed it to just picking them up though and bringing them home. I also have my HP jobs to do, which means in the evenings on Wednesday and Friday I am going to be gone for those. I only do them once a month now though, so this is just going to be a crazy week.
Well, I going to play kisses with Kyra. Happy New Year…
