My brother made me these custom shelves like 5 years ago. They were made to fit into the one room of my basement. I am now trying to turn this into Kyra’s bedroom, so the shelves are coming out.
You have no idea how hard this is, so the first one is going to be turned back into boards.
I thought I could saw in in half and put it back together, simple in thought.
We got it sawed apart. We still couldn’t get it moved to the other side of the basement, so we had to cut the top shelf off.
Here is what it looks like after the cutting has stopped.
We are going to totally disassemble it after hunting season here. It should be a fun time. Aaahhhh!
Oh, yeah we did this a week ago, I am just behind in my posting and the photos just came off my camera. I thought it was pretty funny and a good memory though, so here is the post. Have you ever really messed up something that you liked, like this?? I was really looking forward to having all my clothes close to my washer…on this shelf.

First off, I want to say that I hope that this PPP Real Rank really does take off for advertising revenue in the links world. I know that my PR falling has effected me by making my links worth less and hence me having to go out into the real world to find more jobs to do.
So, if this RealRank will take off like I am hoping, than my value will come back. I am not really sure how it works though it says your rank for advertisers will be 1-10, but my RealRank number says I am 558, so that makes me a bit confused.
I’ll figure it out though and so will you, give it a shot.

Well, I am a victim. I had a PR4, it dropped to a PR2 after I did a sponsored post about loans. Today, though it dropped to a big fat 0. I wonder why they are ticking so many web professionals off, it is really stupid. I am still getting my 400 or so visitors a day though, I love you all. LOL…
Google is also sending less search engine traffic this way as well and there stock prices are dropping. It is the first time I think I have checked my stats and Windows Live is sending me more traffic than Google. So go check them out for a search engine. They seem pretty good actually…I have changed over now. The url is just as easy to remember.
Here is another list of suggestions from Snoskred of services available that will get us less dependent on Google. She fell victim too…well there are a whole lot of us. It is really crazy.

They must really be going crazy in at Google with dishing out the punishment for links. ha ha… I do a payday loan post and boom. I get a new pagerank of 2 (from 4) within hours…is my post really that bad?? It is totally honest and I did review their site before writing it. I think this is a good service in some cases honestly.
Okay, so that post paid me more today than driving all day does. How could I not do it?? If I truly believe it is a good service as I truly do. Google is sucking right now….Blah…

I did the update on my Windows Live Writer and let me tell you the interface is much cleaner, so I encourage any of you that use it to go ahead, don’t be afraid of this update. It looks sharp.
They even took it out of Beta, so not it has the official name of Windows Live Writer 2008 versus the Beta 3. Oh, I like the sounds better without the Beta too.

Here are all the guesses as to what my paycheck value will be for 10 days.
Melissa gave a pay range of 380 to 420. Her entry won’t count because it isn’t specific enough, but here is a link for her time. Thanks….Melissa for stopping by.
Thanks to everyone for stopping by. I am closing guesses now as I do have my paycheck in hand. You will see it within a few hours… Ponder these guesses though for a few minutes. Holly and Laura if you ever need a bus ride anywhere, let me know. I will work for you any week.

I was talking about how low money I make for driving yesterday in my post about the reward being given in Florida for a company not paying overtime. I have decided that I am going to tell the world how much I make, but first I want some good guesses.
Here is my statistics.
- I have been driving school bus, this is my 5th year.
- I drove tractor trailer before school bus for 2 years.
- I am paid per route.
- I do 4 routes per day.
- I am amazed, but I just did the math and all of my routes take exactly 37 minutes to complete from first stop til I am at the school or empty.
- I drive about an hour empty per day. This includes from home to my first stop and from the school home after kids are off, etc.
- Total…I am driving 208 minutes a day, so 104 in morning and 104 in afternoon.
- I drive a little over 100 miles per day.
- There is 20 minutes in the morning where I am in limbo between routes. I am not driving, but I am in my bus. I have to wait for time to pass to start my next route. I don’t have this time in the afternoon.
- I have NO benefits except my daughter rides with me, so I don’t have any daycare expenses.
I get paid on Tuesday, this is my pay for 10 days of driving, so I’ll scan my pay stub for you to see.
The Prize:
To make it fun, the person who guesses closest to my pay 10 day pay amount after taxes. I’ll give $10 to via Paypal.
Adam your not eligible. I think you are the only person who knows though, so anyone else go ahead guess in the comments below here.

I just read my previous post about having the cards stolen from me. I was pretty mean to the principal in that post and I owe him an apology, so here it is ….
“I’m really sorry. I know your job must be tough, you are always looked upon for discipline. That is for every student in the school. It must really be hard to deal with sometimes and I apologize for giving you a rough time. I didn’t say that sometimes I don’t think you should be stronger with your words. That isn’t what I said, but I do understand you have a hard job and apologize for being critical.”
There…I did it. I feel better.

I had a date last night and got back way too late, so no post. This morning I have a rock show way too early, so no detailed post.
I’ll be back this afternoon to tell you about both though and probably take a nap as well. I will just add that it was worth it. LOL….
Have a great day.
