Just Simply Jennifer!

Well after having yesterday off, going back to work was sort of a welcome thing for today.  I do like my little office.  Well, I got there like a tornado hit.  No there wasn’t paper every where, but work everywhere.  I had 80 or so e-mails which I get usually about 15 or so in a whole day.

I got things all put back together about noon or so. 

I had leftover Caledonia Bistro food, from yesterday.  That place is so good.  It is such a treat even to have left overs.

I got Kyra back at 5.  We came home and she woke up which sure is welcome.  We walked to Stephen’s while she told me about her trip to Lake Tobias today with her dad.  We got her tricycle back, she fell asleep last time we were there, so I carried her back and left her bike there.  She played for a while.

We got our stuff ready for our weekend trip we are planning.  We are sleeping in the tent tomorrow night, so we are ready now.

The top one is a picture of Kyra about a week ago, when we had a picnic outside.  The next one is her at the fire station with here babysitter.  This is the other little girl that is with her (Emma), aren’t they cute.

Here is the before Stephen’s hair cut.  It was like midnight and he had a hair appointment before I got home from work, so I got him up to take his picture.

Here is the picture of him falling asleep, but with short hair. I need some better photos of him.  I am always taking them of Kyra.  I ignore him with my camera.  LOL…

First off, let me grab all you sewers out there reading this…  I have been working hard on listing fabrics on ebay the last couple days, so go check them out and show them some love. 

I bought most of my fabric pieces from a wholesale distributor, so this is the exact stuff that is in the stores.  It isn’t seconds or any of that.  It has been in my possession it’s whole existence.  I buy the fabric and put it away for a few years before I even attempt to sell it.  That is how I have old stock, not from it being attempted to be sold or anything.  The worst that this fabric could see is a few wrinkles and fold lines because I do cut it and fold it for storage and easier future sales.

So anyways, if you sew and like fabric panels.  You should seriously check out my listings, the prices are the best you will find.  If the links don’t work, I am of course ladylike4.  I don’t list all the often anymore.  The reason for these listing now is my 2nd job only gave me 3 hours this week and I need the money to pay my house payment.

Ok, so done with the sales pitch…

It is only Tuesday, that is hard to believe.  I am getting all excited for my concert that we are going to in a few weeks and so time is slowing down for me.  I think it will remain slow until I am at this concert than it will start warp speeding to catch up.

I didn’t have anything special to do today though, so we just stayed home.  I worked on ebay stuff off and on all day.  We drew with the thank goodness washable marker for a good long while though and got creative with our faces. Those lip extensions washed right off, you would never known….

We played with the cat for awhile, she is starting to come around.  She has been doing bad things the last few times though and getting herself kicked out.

  We talked on the phone a lot today.  Although she didn’t talk to her dad that I can remember, so that was strange. We ate pizza for lunch.  It was so good.  Kyra put the sauce on and helped spread the crust.  She is really quite helpful.

We did my afternoon routes, I think they added extra caffeine to the lunch milk though because I had a whole bus of energy today.

We went and got Stephen’s contacts and paid my legion dues after my routes.  I am able to get into the Legion bar for another year.  I used to suck being a designated driver and not being able to get into the door of the bar for the disabled people.  LOL…  I was in the Army though, so I qualify to be a member.  Robin has paid for it in the past, but it was due.  I like the food there and it is close for me and Kyra to go there and have lunch.  Tonight all 3 of us ate for less than $12, it was good too.

I came home and watched the movie Periscope.  That is a good movie.  Kyra was asleep by the end of it.  I am going to bed now.  I caught up on some of my blog reading today too, so some of you got two weeks worth of Manic Monday postings read today.  LOL…  Hope you have a lovely night and day tomorrow.  Good NIght.

It has been a beautiful week, as I have said before.  Yesterday, Stephen decided to light there bon fire that they had been building up for quite a while.  It had rained, it wasn’t to windy, it wasn’t to cold.  It was the perfect day.

There is what the fire looked like when it was first lit.  It is a pretty big pile.

Here is what it looked like after about an hour.

It burnt about 8 hours total though, Kyra and I quit watching it after about 5 hours.  We went in the house and watched Pirates of the Caribbean 2.  That makes so I have seen all of those.

While we were watching the fire we were riding the 4 wheeler around a bit.  Kyra likes riding 4-wheeler.  She let Stephen bring her home and get new shoes without me (She had her boots which were falling off.), which is probably a first of some sort. 

I didn’t take a picture of her going through the mud like I thought I had, so next time.  She was quite ready for a bath though at the end of this day.  She was rolling down the hill, playing catch with the dogs, running, and screaming.  She made everyone laugh at least once with her screams. She likes doing anything outside though, so she was loving it all day.

Here she is opening a gift.  You will notice she is in different clothing in all of these photos.  When she opened a clothing package we had to try that piece on, so I think she wore 6 or 7 outfits all in the matter of an hour.

She got a fake electric guitar.  I broke the strap within a few seconds of opening it, but it seems cool.  I actually don’t mind loud toys, isn’t that an amazing fact??  LOL…

I got her dressed in her nice new Christmas day outfit and what does she do??  Yeah, she goes into the dog cage and sits for awhile. 

I left my camera at Stephen’s house, so he was taking photos of his dog with it.  This is one of those photos.

Well, had you woke up with me this morning.  You would have thought instantly that I was going to have just the worst day.  I got out of bed in like this emotional thunk.  I was just depressed for no reason whatsoever and Kyra was balling and just generally being bad.  I ultimately didn’t leave my basement get away until just before noon. 

When you looked outside, you would have thought about the same thing as what I felt like.  We are under attack, take for example my trees here.  In the normal parts of the year, I can drive my lawn mower under those trees.  They are so weighted down with ice that they are sitting on the ground at the base.  It is amazingly beautiful though in a way.

So, I concentrated on the amazingly beautiful today and headed out with my camera and Kyra.  I busted out the snow pants that I had bought her for Christmas even, so she would stay warm.  Yeah, she doesn’t have her gloves on…they are in the pocket.  We weren’t out that long though only like 20 minutes.  I didn’t wear gloves at all, so we were okay.

Here  are some of the ice pictures I took.  The ice was just hanging from about everything.  The grass looks very cool coated in like this small layer.

We walked around our small block during this short outing.  We were walking along and right behind us this branch fell from the sky.  It was amazing sounding.

We came back from out and ate lunch and played around.  Kyra was exceptionally grumpy all day way more than standard days.  She is getting so she just constantly screams “Mommy Mommy” even when I am standing a few inches from her.  Oh, it is so annoying.  We read though, read the help wanted section of the weekly newspaper, rode tricycle, talked to people on the phone, played with the dog, took showers, played with the V-smile, basically everything I know how to do that she likes.  I stopped doing anything though when she was crying, so I sat on the couch a lot too.

Stephen came and got us about 4 and we went riding on the 4-wheeler.  Yeah, we were outside riding around in the ice.  We were all bundled up and I actually didn’t get cold at all, I don’t think Kyra did either.  Her hands were in mine the whole time and I was fine.  It was Stephen who was cold. 

His mom had been making cookies all morning, so we went in there afterwards and had fresh baked cookies.  I ate too many to tell you a count.  They were so good.  Kyra ate 3 though.

We came home, Stephen came with.  We watched CSI off of my DVR while Kyra took her nap.  I am totally caught up on my CSI.  I swear that doesn’t happen very often.  I am almost caught up on Top Model, so what will I watch now??  LOL… 

Now, I am here at computer.  Stephen went home.  I am going to bed slightly early and getting up slightly early.  I am going to be showered and all that before I start my bus routes in the morning.  I usually don’t shower until I am back, so this will be strange with wet hair.  I have to leave almost immediately for my interview when I get home though.  I will have time to change my clothes and that is about it. 

I really have to wake up in a great mood.  I really need confidence for this interview, I think.  I am so put off by interviews.  It is just crazy.  I need to not flop.  I know I can do the job once hired, but need to be confident during interview and keep it positive to get hired.

Anyways, that was my day.  It was a huge turn around of emotions from start to finish.  I am going to bed feeling great though, so lets hope that transfers into tomorrow and I type about how I won’t be a bus driver next year on here. Tomorrow night.  Have a great night everyone…

First off, I’ll show you my cute little Christmas tree.  This was before it had lights on it.  It now has lights.  I still haven’t a clue where all my Christmas decorations are though, so it is looking cute, but sad.  I have searched and searched.  I wonder if Adam took them accidentally…but who knows.  It has lights and some decorations now and some red and silver icicles stuff.  It looks big from outside too because it is on a table.  LOL…  It is like 4 feet tall.

This is part of the mess that Kyra made the other night while I was in the room.  She poured the milk in the glass and about 1/4 of that total Nesquik container in there.  She transferred it to a bowl at one point and microwaved it, so it was all over the place messy.  She is forgiven though it is all cleaned up.

Here she is on the phone like she is always.  She is obsessed with talking on the phone and will talk to absolutely anyone.

Here is her on the phone again, but when she says “Good Bye” there is usually a kiss coming afterwards, so this is during the kiss part.  She is really quite good at it.  I think her dad taught her this one though as I don’t kiss the phone.

My divorce signing is scheduled for noon tomorrow, so this time it should go through.  It is supposed to be nice through tonight, so school will probably go as scheduled.  Today was just a messed up day.  I should have trekked to put some more resumes into circulation, so am feeling badly for that.  I guess 3 online isn’t so bad though.

I watched Lord of the Rings The 2 Towers tonight…that is a long movie.  I like that little weird guy that acts as the guide.  He is pretty cute.  LOL…

Today was a great day, but unexplainably busy.  We started the day by going to breakfast with Stephen and his parents which was pretty cool.  It has to be strange for a parent to see their kids dating and such… they have a whole lot going on right now relationship wise between both their kids and it probably is mind boggling.  I like them though, I think they are super nice.  They are totally respectful to Stephen, which is so cool. Stephen doesn’t know how cool though.

I worked a lot today.  I am not really sure of what all I got done though, does that even make sense??  I did little things like balance my checkbook, some paperwork for this and that.  I did some paperwork for some old projects I had been working on.  I did the write up for this piece of nickel ore that I said I would.  This piece is very ugly isn’t it.  This is ore from the Nickel Mines in PA.  There were some database errors in one of my lists that I run and so I spent quite awhile figuring that out. I did a lot, but nothing major and it seems like almost nothing is finished yet.

Lyn came over for a little today, her husband was working…I think she was bored.  It was cool with me though.  She is really becoming a good friend, which is really cool seeing how I usually don’t make women friends, it is welcome.  I now won’t look like the wacko going out with me and 10 guys.  LOL…  Yeah, I will still go out with the guys though, that is pretty fun.  I just won’t have to all the time. 

My neighbors tree was in perfect color.  The yellows have been so pretty this last week.  It is sort of sad though because the reds are past the prime and the yellows just hit.  There isn’t going to be that super super pretty orange shades this year.  It is sort of dull.

Anyways, Lyn had her daughter with today, so we was taking photos of her.  My favorite photos turned out to be ones with Kyra in them though, is that unusual for a mom???

Kyra was mimicking her, which was adorable.  They were both hitting the same poses, I have a whole series like this.

There was than this photo with the 3 kids. Kyra was in her glory with all this going on, she likes being a model usually, but she also like running away from mom and knows the exact second to turn her head to miss the shot.  She didn’t even notice how cold it was and had taken her coat off by the time they were leaving. 

This evening I had another little shop job to do, so we went off to that.  It was quick.

We came back and Kyra was out asleep.  I watched a couple CSI shows with Stan and he went to bed.  That left me here, but instead of just working online tonight.  I went and got a shower…yeah.  It is really strange that I hadn’t fit that in earlier.  I hate going to bed with a wet head, but tonight.  I will be doing just that.  I don’t have too much more though to work on and will probably watch a movie before I ultimately get to sleep.  Have a great night…

Oh yeah, the lady that was maybe going to rent the room, postponed.  I guess she was robbed her credit cards stolen and she didn’t have money to buy gas to get here… is this a tale or what.  Anyways, she is postponed to Monday, which now that I think about it.  I won’t be here.  goodness…

Good Night…

Today was a good day.  It was still strange to be home alone.  The lady that takes care of Stan came and visited with me basically.  I didn’t want her pay to get cut, so I just had Stan sign for her when he got back.  It was nice though, she is a nice lady.

The boy that stole from me before on my bus stole again from me, only I wouldn’t have caught him this time.  I have this bag of “treats” on my bus, it consists of like pencil erasers, pencils, toy cars, stuff like that… if I see a student do something nice to another student.  I will let them select something out of this bag to keep.  I don’t really keep an inventory on it, but if it is running low or I see an exceptional deal in something.  I go ahead and buy things.  Well, the principal brought out a whole pile of things from this bag gathered from this one particular student, asked if they were mine which they were. 

I appreciate him catching on that the stuff was mine, but now this is the second time.  It continues to tick me off that he is allowing him to steal from me and not kicking him off my bus for any amount of time.  I want this kid off now at least for a few days, so his parents can talk to him about not stealing on his/their ride to school without me or my things.  It is like the principal discounts my things which really sort of upsets me.

I am so not sending Kyra to this school when she gets to that age if that is still the principal.  It is like he has these huge morals, but he ignores them in the discipline stage.  He is all talk and no follow through and the kids all know it. 

Anyways, that was today.  The kids were generally good though.  I really do drive around some great students who have some amazing futures in front of them. 

I got home from my afternoon routes and Stan had been returned and his family was gone.  He said they left about 3, so they are probably just getting home now as I type this.

My evening after this was pretty boring.  Stephen came to visit, which is now always nice.  Kyra wasn’t going to bed though, so we just watched Sesame Street.  That is pretty much all that Kyra watches, so it is almost default if she is watching.  She will watch CSI though if we insist.  I don’t usually if it is bed time though as she is grumpy enough. 

Kyra is still up, so that long nap today must have worked to keep her up so long tonight.

Here is my favorite one of Ricky.  He was the goal of the photography mission, this is one of the last ones that I took and it is in his own yard.  I edited it a little, but I really like the way he looks in this one.  There are others that look nice too though.

I can’t believe that it is almost 11 already though.  Today was so boring, but it seemed to have gone so fast.  That is a very unusual combination for a day.  Fast and boring…doesn’t happen often in my world.

I talked to Robert tonight to about his nickel chunk that I am going to list for sale on ebay this weekend.  Yeah, I have decided to do it this weekend.  I really should get more of a write up for it done tomorrow though.  I should have some time tomorrow during the day and Thursday during the day.  I have some jobs to do in the evenings for the rest of the week, so busy busy.

Today was a great day.  Way better than yesterday….  I hope that this new day schedule doesn’t make all my Saturday’s crazy like yesterday.  Here is a good photo of us, I set the auto-timer on the couch with us sitting on the floor.  I was noticing that I haven’t posted a photo in a few days…why I have no idea as I have taken them.

See Kyra.  LOL…  She is the one with the shirt.  Sorry Wander… you picked Haley.  The girls both have about the same color eyes.  The difference in them is in their chins.  Haley has a pointy chin and Kyra has more of a square chin.  There hair is different too, but hard to tell from photos.  Kyra just seems to have more though because she is older, I think.

Here is another Haley photo.  This is her with my brother (her dad).  He sent me photos last night of them and I loved this one.  They do fun stuff with Haley’s hair too.  Kyra would have that ponytail thing out in 2.1 seconds.  Aren’t they cute though…. These photos make me smile.  I know that.

Here is a photo of Kyra sitting on Stan.  I haven’t put him on here in awhile either, so I am out doing myself today.  They were reading books together today which was pretty cute.

Here is Kyra with her baby.  She was kissing the baby, but I am to slow with the shutter to get the action when it happens.  Oh, how she loves her babies though.  She has so many of them.  Deuce seems to only want to eat the actual Barbie ones though, so the others are pretty safe.

There was that figure skating special on TV and they spin on the ice.  Kyra just loves it, she was sort of freaking out and laughing and dancing the whole show.  It makes me laugh so hard, so I was taking pictures of her…that will be for tomorrow though.  LOL…  She is actually becoming a pretty good dancer though.  She does sort of go with the music, she randomly starts just spinning though or jumping on the bed.

Last photo… we can’t leave out Deuce.  He was good all day. 

I visited with Robin this evening, but other than that I haven’t went anywhere today.  I haven’t been down there in a week or so.  It was good to visit with her as usual. 

I did some strange (for me) cleaning things like I mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors. I did laundry.  I washed my sheets again and am completely done with my laundry.  I even have the dryer totally empty now.  Usually there is a load dry in the dryer and a washed one in the washer and I just keep cycling them out without either every being empty.  Today is a rare day.

Tomorrow there is no school, but I think I will have about the busiest day I have had in a whole long while.  Stan’s brother is coming to visit for one thing, which will make the day very crazy.  I am for this reason going to go to bed early.  Have a great night…
