		<description>Ok..here is what I do with repeat problem kids. I Give the kid a homemade ticket after a successful ride. I have notified the Mom that if the child gets off the bus with no ticket, she will know that the child was disruptive. If the kid does get a ticket the parent rewards him/her. As we progress...the parent makes the reward further out..like a weeks worth of tickets gets a reward. This keeps the attitude on the bus more positive and I don't have to call the parents on my "off time".
Also I make the ticket fun...like computer generated pictures...the young kids like animal pictures. I have found that if I work with those little people and keep it positive, then I don't have as much problem as these kids get older.</description>
