Visiting the Doctors…

Adam was home though and Kyra still has the just blah with a fever, so this afternoon he took her to the doctors. I didn’t go, I just drove my bus. She really isn’t eating and only drinking small amounts. (She hasn’t nursed in over 24 hours now, so maybe she is weaning at the same time as sick, who knows.) She got medicine though. The doctor said it was bronchitis, so hopefully the antibiotics kick in and she eats with a vengeance tomorrow.
I sort of in a way hope she just stays weaned though, she is plenty old enough. I am sort of over the relying on me to do all that junk. I know it is my motherly duty, but I am ready to move on to new improved toddler things. With this though, I am now pretty sore in the chest. I am trying to let it go though as long as I am not high temperature or just rock hard.
I also think maybe we aren’t fully weaned and I will be going nutty tomorrow with her, so we will wait and see. When she is sick though is not a time to deny…
