Wisdom Teeth Out…

posted in Normal |

Well, that is the most painful experience ever.  They gassed me last week, took all 4 of my teeth out.  The top two were partially impacted and had cysts forming around the tooth root.  The bottom ones one was just a tooth extraction as it came out fine.  The other one was totally impacted.

I never in a million years thought it would be that painful.  It was done on Tuesday, I think Thursday was the worst day ever.  I went to work…I went to work Wednesday too.  I went to work though and was taking the Motrin every 8 hours like they told me.  I was taking Vicadon every 4 hours.  I sold 2 insurance policies that day though amazingly.  I wonder now how good of service I really gave.  LOL…  Was it legal for me to sign those policies??

It like burst that night and instantly felt less painful.  That was when the fever set in.  I had a fever from Thursday night to Monday.  I think I slept most of the day Saturday, I know I hit Stephen’s bed and didn’t get out for at least 5 hours.  Kyra was in and out though from laying with me. Stephen was too.

Now, I can finally eat and my face isn’t swollen anymore.  I feel great and am sure glad I won’t be getting more wisdom teeth.  AAAAAaaaaaahhhhh!  Those are terrible things.

I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out a couple of years ago and stayed home for a week. My face was swollen, I had a lot of pain and couldn’t eat solid food for the first 4 days. I still need to have my other two wisdom teeth taken out….

That is the worst. Did they put you out completely during the operation though? That’s how mine was done thank goodness.

Wisdom teeth extraction is the worst. I cant believe you went to work afterward. I was in bed for a week.Just the swelling keeps you down, even if you dont mind the pain. Just kidding! you’re very brave.

Hi Jennifer, sorry to read of your painful experience, my wisdom teeth removal (so far)was straightforward. I haven’t seen you since your “new” job, but all the very best of luck with it. Working through all that pain, you are a true professional.

    Mark.

Wisdom teeth are the worst to have out. It is such a pain to eat afterward. Anyway, after about a week it all goes away and is AOK.

    P.S. I thought I commented before but I guess it didn’t submit.

Ouch. I hate getting Wisdom teeth pulled. My entire mouth was numb for an entire day afterwards. I was drooling and I didn’t even feel it!

    Best Of Luck,

The removal of the wisdom tooth is the worst thing in the world. I cant believe that you’ve gone for work afterward. I was in bed for a week.Just the swelling keeps you down, even if you dont mind the pain. Hey dude, you’re very brave.
