Today was Kyra’s 1 year old doctors exam. She is 31 inches tall and weighs 20 lbs 4 ounces. She is tall and skinny basically…LOL. She has a good heart rate and pulse. She is basically very healthy, which I knew before I went. How can a baby be so happy if they weren’t healthy. Health is the first determinate to happiness.
I had a physical as well today. I got a Tetunus shot, ouch. My arm is really sore. The doctor thinks that my pain is my intestine where it readjusted to not being pregnant and has maybe a strange fold or something and that it will probably heal itself as I eat and it gets worked up. I haven’t really noticed that the pain is after I eat a certain amount of time, so I am going to check that out. It maybe hurting when food gets to that part of digestion and it is really pain as it fixes myself. I hope it does go away soon though.
We all were at the doctors though, Adam, Kevin and Tom were with too. Tom sat in the waiting room with Kevin while Kyra was getting her exam. They all sat in the waiting room while I got my exam. We than took Kevin to his mom’s work and he went home. We went out to lunch at Perkins. I had the best salad I have had in a long time. I mean I usually like salads there, but they out did themselves today. I ate every piece of the lettuce and that is amazing. I usually leave little pieces. I however don’t like there new bread bowls as well as I liked them the way they used to make them. They are too peppery now.
Here is a picture of Kyra and Diamond outside this evening. It is really really hot out, so we took her clothes off. She is happier that way, when it is hot. She loves Diamond, so this was a good shot. They are really good with each other, so I am glad.
Today went really fast. It is amazing that it is over already. I am going to bed soon. Night…
