This driver is picking up kids along a route and not even activating the 10-ways. When asked by police to submit to alcohol test refuses. Why would someone be so so stupid?
Here I am with a substitute scheduled because I was up late. This person didn’t schedule one after drinking….I just can’t imagine.
I think the driver being arrested was the right thing, don’t you??
