I have been hatching my shrimp now for the required 48 hours. Here is a picture of the ones left in the hatcher bottle. They are like the size of a pin head, so there are thousands that make the water look brown.
Then this is a bit of an edited picture there beside it of my fish loving the shrimp I feed them. You would look at my tank and not think that there are over 200 fish in there, but when you put these shrimp in there, you think there are a thousand fish in there. There are 55 fish in this one picture, which isn’t all that wide of a screen.
Kyra did wonderful today. She is well behaved. You wouldn’t know she was my kid at all. My first official work day as a home phone answerer/personal assistant/note taker. It is sort of fun, but I fear transferring someone to somewhere other than the person I should be sending them too. Hanging up is such a final move, I hope I get used to that part.
Well, it is official. Kyra is spoiled, we broke down and got her a V. Smile. (Probably more for us, don’t tell anyone that though.) I am a little up set with the people in at vtech though, the makers of this system. They don’t include a power cord with it. I am supposed to go buy that extra. You suck Vtech…. How many people with a TV’s don’t have power somewhere close by?? Yes, it can use batteries. I was fortunate enough to have some in my drawer that fit, so I did get to play my first game, but batteries.. I am still in shock. We bought the system and another game besides the game that was with it. I played the game we bought that was supposed to be for smaller kids… 3-5 year olds. (They have a Baby version of this system, but we didn’t get that. Kyra sees her dad with the controller thing all the time. I think she will pick it up fast.) Well, I lost. Yes, folks. I lost…didn’t get past 2nd level. I suck. There were these robots that came parachuting down and they seemed to get me each time. Darn Robots…
Well, Kyra is at her nap. When she wakes up I will sign off for the day working, we will go feed the goats. I am trying to think of someplace for us to go too, I am going stir crazy here. So, we will probably go somewhere, but who knows. It is so nice out maybe we will just go walking at the trail. Tomorrow will be a whirlwind of activity though, so should be interesting wish me luck.
