I am the oldest in my family and my parents are the oldest of both of there families, so about 1/2 of my cousins are still in school and if I had had kids when I first got married like so many do. My kid could easily be as old as my cousins. I didn’t though as you know.

I took some pictures of my grandma, my brothers, my aunts and uncles, and my dad, but they didn’t turn out as good, so today you only get to see my cousins.
We live 4 hour drive from most of my family, so we don’t see them as often as we should. We just sort of keep to ourselves down here. I am usually at a loss for words when I am around my family, so I seem anti-social I think.
A lot of my family read this site, so they know all about me. There is no update needed. They know how boring I am every single day. The few that don’t have internet know about the site, but probably aren’t all that interested in my occasional entry into there lives.
I wish we were closer sometimes, but most of the time not. I lived up there for over 2 years and there is nothing going on in there town. It is dead. After being away in the military and driving truck, you know that not all towns are that way and I was drawn…..very easily away.
(The county that they live is has a remarkable population record currently though, so I am not alone. It is the fastest declining population county in the state and in the top 10 of the country.)(Another note: I now live in the fastest growing county in the state.) Weird, I know…. I do have to congratulate them though on there entry into the Big Box retail world. Walmart just came to there town after probably 10 years of fighting something or another to get in.
Anyways, today was a good day over all. We have my father-in-law now at our house for the week, so it should be an interesting week and we got to visit with most of my dad’s side of my extended family.
Good Night….
